Community guidelines

SideBets is for friendly social challenges. These rules apply to profiles, names, messages, groups, challenge terms, brackets, photos and other content you share.

• Respect other people. Do not harass, bully, threaten, promote hatred or encourage violence. Do not organize dangerous challenges or pressure anyone to participate.
• Do not share sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, or content that endangers children. Do not solicit sexual content or contact involving minors.
• Respect privacy. Do not expose someone’s private contact details, identity documents, account credentials or intimate material. Share photos and other content only when you have the right to do so.
• Be honest. Do not impersonate others, scam, spam, distribute malicious links or abuse the reporting system. Do not evade blocks or restrictions.
• Keep challenges lawful and friendly. Do not use SideBets to organize illegal activity, operate real-money betting or collect payments. SideBucks are play money.
• Report concerning content using the available Report action. Use Block person separately to limit interaction. For help, contact dev@sidebets.me. Do not send unnecessary private information or redistribute harmful images with a report.

Review and decisions

SideBets reviews reports and may take action appropriate to the circumstances. Possible actions include requesting changes, restricting content or account access, or closing a report when no violation is established. A report alone does not prove a violation or automatically change a challenge’s score or result. If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, contact dev@sidebets.me for review.

SideBets is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Moderation review does not promise an immediate response.
